Delete your Smokeo account
You can permanently delete your account in the Smokeo app, or send us a deletion request using the form on this page.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Smokeo and open Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the warning, then choose Delete my account.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your email address, sign-in data, preferences, lesson journey and progress, answers, cigarette logs, and access records associated with your Smokeo account. In-app deletion takes effect immediately.
A request sent through this page will be completed within 30 days. We may retain limited transaction, security, or legal records where required by law. Those records are not used to keep your Smokeo account active.
Request account deletion
Enter the email address used for your Smokeo account and write “Delete my account” in the message.
